SOC Program Manager

ICF seeks an experienced Security Operation Center (SOC) Program Manager to provide managerial oversight and personnel leadership for a large Government agency program to monitor, detect, analyze, mitigate and respond to cyber events, incidents and potential adversarial activity on a large federal enterprise that includes an enterprise SOC and several satellite component organization SOCs operating 24x7x365.

Position Requirements

  • Active Security Clearance
  • PMP certification
  • CISSP certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related discipline
  • At least 2 years management of a federal government SOC
  • At least 10 years cyber project/program management experience
  • Experience developing, maintaining, implementing incident response standard operating procedures
  • Cyber threat report analysis experience
  • Management experience and expertise in implementing federal cybersecurity policy
  • Familiarity with continuous diagnostics and mitigation (CDM) requirements, tools and capabilities
  • Managerial or practical experience with digital media forensics tools and practices
  • Experience providing managerial support of Continuity of Operations exercises

Desired Requirements

  • Master’s Degree and 10 years cyber project/program management experience
  • Management or practical experience with fly-away incident response teams
  • Management experience and operational oversight of CDM tools integration with an enterprise Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution
  • Experience designing and implementing cyber kill chain defenses
  • Experience implementing commercial off the shelf cybersecurity product evaluation and selection methodologies
  • Enterprise security architecture analysis and design experience
