What we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and capable Business Development Systems Manager who is genuinely passionate about data and data integrity and will add to our team dynamic. The Business Development Systems Manager will primarily be responsible for maintaining the quality of the business development pipeline by performing systematic checks of data and providing training and technical assistance support. Responsibilities also include performing analysis and presenting findings in reports that are attractive to read, and easy to evaluate and comprehend. 

This position requires a candidate with excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, diplomacy, and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment, at times under limited supervision by the Operations Director. Problem solving and critical thinking skills are required.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis, organization skills, proficiency in presenting detailed information, excellent attention to detail, be process-oriented and possess the ability to take direction and identify priorities and multi-task, all while demonstrating a professional demeanor, flexible attitude, and an enthusiasm for producing highly data-driven and thoughtful work.

This position will provide an opportunity for the ideal candidate to learn about the business development systems and processes inherent to the success of the Energy and Infrastructure businesses within ICF.

Duties include:

  • Manage the administration and operation of Group-level Business Development Systems in coordination and compliance with organizational requirements
  • Routine pipeline and sales reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis per established requirements
  • Provide pipeline and sales ad hoc reporting support, as needed
  • Contribute to overall success of business development pipeline functions by identifying areas of inefficiencies and offering ideas for process, system, and reporting improvements
  • Conduct quality checks for data integrity in Microsoft (MS) Dynamics 365
  • Engage with staff to resolve data integrity issues
  • Manage development of data management processes/procedures that align with organizational goals
  • Provide training to the user community on MS Dynamics 365, Power BI and ICF processes/rules for entering and maintaining pipeline data
  • Maintain user training help manuals/documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics or a similar CRM System
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced Excel skills to include experience with pivot tables, Power Pivots, formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Experience with SharePoint Online
  • Experience with Power BI and/or MS Flows highly desired
