In 2018 the Air Force realigned the cybersecurity mission to Air Combat Command from Air Force Space Command.  As a result, the development of a new Air Force Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Cybersecurity program is being established.  Be part of a brand new Air Force Program that will streamline and improve the security control assessment process across the service.

Who we’re looking for:  An experienced Program Manager (SME) who will serve as the single point of contact (POC) for the Government and possess the full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to daily operation of the contract; has full authority to remove/replace personnel at the request of the CO at ACC AMIC; complete all in-processing and indoctrination actions for all newly-hired personnel; ensure all personnel receive and maintain documentation of their duties and responsibilities and orientation in these duties and responsibilities prior to performance start.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Active security clearance required.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ federal contract program support experience
  • Degree in business, engineering, technical, or related discipline
  • Ten (10) years supervisory or management experience is required

QUALIFICATION PREFERRED:

  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in computer network design, network administration, software development, and mission analysis
  • Three (3) years’ experience managing innovative projects and iterative solution implementations
  • Ability to direct, coordinate, and exercise supervisory authority for planning, organizing, controlling, integrating and completing projects, including developing and implementing procedures and guidelines for daily program operation
  • Ten (10) years’ experience executing and implementing program directives and developing systems and controls to carry out program tasks
  • Two (2) years’ experience in innovative program implementation and RMF
  • Masters Degree preferred

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • IAW DoDD 8140
  • DoDD 8570.01-M

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit a Program Management Plan
  • Identify specific schedule requirements for production of performance, cost, and scheduling parameters for each specific system slated for upgrade
  • Conduct Program Cybersecurity specific oral presentations on a bi-monthly basis or as designated by the Government
  • Provide status of overall risk reduction/mitigation made to date in performance of the contract during presentations
  • Attend working group and user group meetings, test planning meetings, technical information exchanges, conferences, test activities, and other meetings supporting program activities
  • Participate in appropriate cybersecurity technical reviews and interchange sessions (i.e. System Requirements and Specifications reviews, User Groups, Program/Project Status Reviews, and community conferences)
  • Develop a conditions tracking system that validates conditions based ATOs are met within the timeline required by the AO
  • Serve as the technical SME for the user interface and user experience for the ATO process
  • Support the government as the SME at Enterprise cybersecurity specific oral presentations (varies from Division-level to General Officer-level briefs) as designated by the Government. Provide quarterly updates on process improvement efforts, target areas, and new initiatives
  • Provide monthly metrics on the Enterprise Portfolio which will include ATO status, expiration, and continuous monitoring
  • Maintain and update existing program documentation to provide a repository for all evaluations conducted as part of the analysis
  • Obtain any necessary licenses and permits to comply with any applicable US, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations, and ensure that employees have current and valid professional certifications prior to performance start
  • Evaluates performance of assigned program tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and program schedules
