Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team! Based in Chicago, this position will lead the function for our Digital, Creative, and PR offerings and will advise and coach leaders in support of the achievement of their business objectives for the year, through compensation management, employee development and retention programs and strategic HR programs focused on training, organizational development, and talent strategy. In addition, this role ensures consistency of ICF’s talent management practices are implemented throughout ICF Olson. This position reports to the Chief People Officer.
