Cybersecurity Section Lead

ICF is currently looking for exceptional leaders to support America’s current and NexGen Air warfighting commands! 

We’re looking for Section Leads to support a program which directly effects our nations’ Air Defense welfare.  In this role you will directly support the Program Manager in determining the resources necessary to accomplish the work; provide expertise and have communications skills to be able to interface with all levels of management; assist with establishment of policies and procedures for achieving the standards required for contract performance; assign, schedule, direct and control work effort of technical and functional specialists all towards ensuring conformity of work to prescribed standards.  The initial program work is located in Hampton, Virginia with probable team expansion to Colorado Springs, CO and San Antonio, TX. 

As a Task Lead you’ll provide consistent guidance and clarity around identifying problems and recommends solutions as well as thought leadership, innovation skills and ability towards organizing and managing aspects of program involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks and teams of personnel.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations

  • Assist with maintaining technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers

  • Oversee the successful completion of assigned tasks

 What you need to be considered:
  • Masters’ degree and 10+ years of cybersecurity, cyberspace operations, program management, and Air Force staff experience :
  • Direct or Related experience in
    • Initiating and implementing large programs and projects
    • Workforce management
    • TS/SCI Program Management
    • Air Force and DoD readiness reporting
    • Capabilities based planning
    • Air Force Core Function Support Plans
    • Risk assessment framework
    • Air Force career field management
    • AF IT and cyber weapons systems portfolio management
  • Familiarity with Air Force and DoD processes related to
    • Full Spectrum cyberspace operations
    • Cyberspace policy
    • Requirements
    • Sustainment
    • Cyberspace Intelligence  
  • Active Top Secret government clearance
  • Willingness and Ability to work full time in the Hampton, VA area.
