ICF Thailand

Across Asia and the Pacific, ICF helps government agencies, development organizations, and private-sector companies navigate energy and climate change issues, build sustainable livable cities, and meet the area’s growing needs as it continues to flourish.

Bangkok acts as a Southeast Asian hub for many international organizations, including ICF. Our Bangkok office includes a diverse team of experts in Asian clean energy policies, climate change, technical assistance, and regional coordination. ICF has supported USAID Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA) clean energy programs since 2008. ICF is the implementer of RDMA’s Low Emissions Asian Development (LEAD) program. Led by Chief of Party John Bruce Wells and Deputy Chief of Party Amornwan “Mai” Resanond, the LEAD program supports developing countries in Asia to accelerate sustainable, climate-resilient economic growth, while slowing the growth of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. ICF also provides technical assistance and analysis for energy and climate issues for regional organizations, including the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).
