Randal ZuWallack is a principal for ICF's survey research business with over 20 years of statistical experience gained at ICF, Abt SRBI, and the U.S. Census Bureau. He specializes in the development of cost-effective, goal-oriented study designs for national, state and local research and evaluation projects.
Mr. ZuWallack has survey and statistical experience spanning a wide variety of topics including public health and safety, outdoor recreation, transportation, communications, consumer awareness and preference, human behaviors and attitudes, natural resources, and political polling. He has managed projects and provided statistical expertise to numerous government agencies, including the Coast Guard, National Oceanographic Atmospheric Administration, the Census Bureau, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Centers for Disease Control, and Veterans Administration.
Mr. ZuWallack has a master's in statistics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a bachelor's in mathematics from State University of New York.
