Warren Wilczewski is an expert in natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGL) markets. Since joining ICF in 2010, Mr. Wilczewski has worked on projects across the natural gas and NGL value chain, including asset valuations of major pipelines, supply/demand balance analysis for NGLs in North America, international propane and butane market forecasting, and consumer and petrochemical propane demand.
Prior to joining ICF, Mr. Wilczewski worked on several projects in natural gas and energy market analysis spanning the study of global LNG market development, impacts of environmental legislation on product supply and demand, and political risk associated with energy development and infrastructure projects.
Mr. Wilczewski has co-authored several publications on natural gas and NGL markets, including the Propane Market Outlook, American Petroleum Institute's (API) study on state-level impacts of liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports, and the recently released Cochin Pipeline. He frequently speaks on issues related to the consumer propane market and North American NGL supply.
Mr. Wilczewski has an M.S. in Global Affairs from New York University and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
