Ron White

Expert Consultant

Ron White is a consultant in environmental health science with research interests in the application of scientific information in the development and implementation of public health policy; outdoor and indoor air pollution health effects; chemical and nanotechnology risk assessment and risk management; environmental justice; the use of public engagement and expert judgment for assessment and management of environmental risks; and the application of the risk sciences in the formulation of environmental health-related public policy. He is a member of the External Science Advisory Committee for the National Environmental Respiratory Center of the Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute and a member of the State of Maryland Air Quality Control Advisory Council.

Mr. White has an M.S. teaching degree in Environmental Studies from Antioch University and a B.A. degree in Environmental Science from Clark University. He holds part-time faculty appointments in the departments of Environmental Health Sciences, Epidemiology, and Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
