Senior Associate

Nicole Vincent is a senior communications and research associate at ICF with more than 9 years of experience in managing qualitative and quantitative research projects, monitoring and evaluating public health and social services programs, performing policy analysis, and promoting capacity building.

Ms. Vincent has expertise in the management of projects relating to public health, emergency and disaster preparedness, social marketing behavior change, and risk communication on the domestic and international fronts. She has worked extensively with participatory research and results analysis and has led customer and consumer research projects, including in-depth and cognitive interviews, focus groups, surveys, social media analysis, secondary research, and evaluation of programs and campaigns. Ms. Vincent has worked with a variety of organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), American Red Cross, EngenderHealth, and Doctors of the World.
