Bobby Tuttle

Bobby Tuttle


Bobby Tuttle has more than 20 years of experience developing strategic and technical approaches to project permitting and regulatory compliance for energy generation, transmission, and resource management clients throughout the western United States. He has managed complex and controversial environmental compliance projects in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Oregon, and Texas.

Mr. Tuttle's experience includes extensive work with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the U.S. Forest Service (USFS), where he secured federal land right-of-way permits and performed complex construction compliance monitoring on public lands in Utah, Nevada, Oregon, and California. He has successfully completed consultation between these and other U.S. federal agencies and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) pursuant to Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act (ESA) for a variety of species. He has more than a decade of experience working with BLM and USFS on sensitive species resource management pursuant to the BLM 6840 Manual and Forest Service Manual (FSM) 2670. Recent projects include Southern California Edison’s Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project (TRTP) and the Centinela Solar Energy Project.

Mr. Tuttle has an M.S. in Biology and a B.S. in Planning from Texas State University, San Marcos.
