Randall Thomas has more than 25 years of experience in designing questionnaires and conducting survey projects across multiple modes and across countries and is responsible for survey design issues, setting standards for instrument design and consulting on survey design issues for all clients. He is one of the most prolific researchers on web survey design for the past 10 years, and his extensive experience in developing, conducting, and analyzing research on survey design issues has made him a leading survey design methodologist.
Mr. Thomas is trained in social psychology with a focus on attitudinal and behavioral measurement. He taught college for 15 years, served as an organizational consultant, and then joined Harris Interactive where he was responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's leadership in online survey methodology. He has had considerable consultative experience with clients and research staff on problem definition, study design, execution, and analysis and reporting.
