Vivek Saxena joined ICF International in 2014 and has more than 20 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and engineering program management.
Previously, Mr. Saxena held several senior positions, including general manager at Pratt & Whitney, where he transformed shop operations, supply chain performance, cost reduction, and new product introduction and implemented production ramp-up processes. He led the company's initiative to ascertain supply chain readiness for the Gear Turbo Fan and led Joint Strike Fighter engine's war-on-cost in the multinational supply chain. His work on new product introduction was published as a Harvard Case Study, which earned him a U.S. patent.
Mr. Saxena has a doctorate degree in Aerospace Engineering and Math from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom; a master's degree from the University of Minnesota, United States; and a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, India.
