Alisa Santucci


Alisa Santucci has more than 25 years of experience in the health and human services field with emphasis on developing policy and practice recommendations for children, youth, and families and providing management and direction to highly visible programs and initiatives. Ms. Santucci has provided senior level guidance to the executive and legislative branches of the federal and state government and technical assistance to state and local leadership and practitioners. She has broad experience in project management, planning, coordinating, and implementing interrelated child welfare policies, juvenile justice initiatives, and making authoritative recommendations on legislation, programs, and policy objectives.

Ms. Santucci is recognized as an organizational leader and expert in convening stakeholder summits, strategic planning sessions, and national workgroups related to effective practice models for prevention and intervention, evaluation and outcomes, capacity development, and sustainability. In addition, her trauma-informed clinical experience encompasses working with vulnerable and at-risk children, youth, adults, seniors, and families in the areas of mental illness/health, child abuse and neglect, forensic interviewing, substance abuse, parenting, adoption, domestic and workplace violence, trauma, and counseling for children in foster care. She has been responsible for issuing senior-level policy recommendations related to numerous child welfare issues such as custody relinquishment and access to services and improving outcomes for children and youth in foster care.

Ms. Santucci has a post master's certificate in Military Veteran's Behavioral Health from Widener University and a master's degree in Individual, Marital and Family Therapy from Nova University.
