Yuan Ren

Yuan has more than 20 years of experience in projects with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Yuan manages the CDC National Program of Cancer Registries (NPCR)-Cancer Surveillance System project, one of the CDC’s largest surveillance projects. He leads a multidisciplinary team to plan, execute, and manage and process cancer incidence data from NCPR-supported central cancer registries in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. Yuan has held many key and leading roles throughout his career and has extensive experience in project management, data analytics, data management and production, quality control and validation, statistical methods and modeling, evaluation design, system design and architecture.
