Sujata Ram has nearly 20 years of experience designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for health and development programs. Her expertise includes leading the development of comprehensive project management plans (PMPs) and M&E frameworks for U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) missions, program effectiveness assessment, group facilitation, capacity building in country-level implementing agencies, and child survival and reproductive health.
Ms. Ram has worked on the USAID Low Emissions Asian Development Program (LEAD) as the overall M&E manager for the 11 Asian countries in the LEAD program, and she improved the M&E capacity of USAID Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA), implementing partners and control programs for national malaria, avian influenza, and tuberculosis. Prior to joining ICF, Ms. Ram worked as an independent consultant based in Bangkok, Thailand, and as a senior health advisor for the American Red Cross.
Ms. Ram has an M.P.H. in Health Policy and Management from Emory University and a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Bucknell University She is fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
