Stacy Noblet

Senior Manager

Stacy Noblet has extensive experience in the energy, climate, and transportation markets. She manages numerous projects that focus on petroleum reduction in the transportation sector and alternative fuel and advanced vehicle deployment.

Ms. Noblet provides project management, outreach, technical assistance, research, and other program support to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the Clean Cities program and the Alternative Fuels Data Center. She works with the National Park Service (NPS) to reduce fuel use and emissions in park operations and visitor transportation and advises other clients on sustainable transportation policies and practices.

Previously, Ms. Noblet supported the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) SmartWay Transport Partnership and WasteWise programs, helping organizations understand and reduce their emissions and waste footprints.

Ms. Noblet has an M.S. in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Johns Hopkins University and B.S. degrees in Geography and Environmental Studies from Western Michigan University.
