Rebecca Mulvaney

Vice President
Rebecca is a human capital expert with 20 years of experience in leadership development and training.

Rebecca leads a team that works with a wide range of U.S. federal civilian agencies, the U.S. Department of Defense, and state and local governments. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, training, and development and validation of assessments. Rebecca has conducted job analyses and developed assessments for organizations such as the U.S. Census Bureau, Internal Revenue Service, and the General Services Administration. She has researched training and leadership development for the U.S. Center for Army Leadership and the U.S. Army Research Institute.

Rebecca has also held a variety of leadership positions with us. Most recently, she served as the lead for our human capital, organizational transformation, and training line of business.
