Terence McKittrick

Senior Vice President, Health, Economics, Environment, and Development
Terence has more than 30 years of experience helping clients improve people’s health and health outcomes through the implementation of mission-critical programs.

Terence leads ICF's public health and international development business. In this role, he provides leadership for the technical, operational, and administrative efforts for a team of over 1,300 social scientists, statisticians, survey methodologists, bioinformaticists, epidemiologists, economists, management consultants, international development experts, and technology professionals.

His organization supports its public-sector clients’ mission-critical needs by bringing together teams with deep expertise in public health, survey research, advanced analytics and informatics, and cutting-edge technology solutions. Clients include the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Institutes of Health, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration, the U.S. Agency for International Development, the Environmental Protection Agency, and state & local governments.

Terence brings more than 30 years of experience helping clients improve people’s health and health outcomes through the implementation of their mission-critical programs. He is a highly experienced management consultant. He has expertise in public health, strategic and organizational planning, performance management, governance support, and technology. He also has extensive senior-level domestic and international experience advising C-suite executives for Fortune 100 companies and large government public health agencies to solve some of their most difficult challenges.

Terence is a partner of the American Council of Technology / Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) and past co-chair of the Fellows Outreach Committee. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an IT Infrastructure Library Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
