Alanna McKeeman is a planner with experience in transportation, land use, and performance measurement. Since joining ICF in 2012, Ms. McKeeman has contributed to projects for U.S. federal, state, local, and commercial clients. She works with clients to develop tools and performance measures to use in evaluating plan implementation progress. Ms. McKeeman has also provided technical assistance to recipients of federal sustainability planning grants and currently supports the development of FHWA/FTA resources on performance-based transportation planning and programming.
Ms. McKeeman has a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech and a B.A. in Economics from Barnard College.
