Erin Mattos has experience with a broad spectrum of organizational development projects, with a focus on change management, facilitation, strategic planning, process improvement and organizational assessment. In her five years with ICF, Ms. Mattos has worked with a myriad of public, private and non-profit organizations such as Pepco Holdings Incorporated (PHI), U.S. Department of the Navy (DoN), National Highway Institute (NHI), the Capacity Building Collaborative Centers within the Children’s Bureau, and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Because clear, concise and effective messaging is an integral component of any organization development initiative, Ms. Mattos develops and implements effective communication strategy for many of her clients. She also has experience designing interview protocols and facilitating interviews with stakeholders to collect information that will help inform, structure and design change initiatives. She has co-authored thought leadership white papers on effective change management such as Learning from Early Digital Implementations and What is Change Management and Implementation? Ms. Mattos obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology, with concentrations in leadership and education, from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Maryland. She is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
