Michael Long specializes in directing research projects for government and nonprofit clients. His primary area of focus is the evaluation of educational initiatives at both the preK–12 and adult levels. Mr. Long’s areas of expertise include consumer finance; science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education; reading instruction; and educational technology. He is a trained focus group moderator and interviewer and has expertise with statistical methods including regression, correlational, and multilevel techniques.
Mr. Long has worked in education as a researcher, evaluator, teacher, administrator, and curriculum developer.
