Ted Lee has more than 13 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a primary focus in partnering with energy clients to plan, permit, and construct new and upgraded transmission and generation infrastructure. Mr. Lee has directed and managed regulatory permitting and biological compliance services for some of the largest and most high-profile electrical transmission projects in the West. Mr. Lee’s background includes natural resource management, environmental documentation, habitat restoration, and regulatory compliance services. He works collaboratively with project applicants and regulators to develop compliance strategies for the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), state and federal Endangered Species Acts, and wetland regulations under the federal Clean Water Act and California Fish and Game Code.
Mr. Lee has a B.S. in Biology from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona.
