Colette LaForce joined ICF in 2016 as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. LaForce has more than 20 years of experience leading global marketing and communications teams across the technology and professional services industries. She previously served as CMO for IT and cloud computing provider Dell Services, Fortune 500 technology provider AMD and digital consumer platform Cars.com.
Ms. LaForce began her career at Accenture and spent nearly a decade leading marketing and communications for a variety of technology companies and a venture capital firm in the Silicon Valley. She was named a Fierce 15 CMO in 2013, one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology in 2014 and one of 50 CMOs to Watch in 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
