Senior Vice President, Utility Program Services – Eastern Region
Selim is a utility program services expert with 25 years of experience in various domestic and international program and portfolio management activities.

Selim works in strategic planning, sales and outreach, demand-side management and regulatory planning, and development of strategic alliances. He has worked with private and public sector clients in the energy, transportation, information technology, and building industries. Selim’s principal area of expertise is program design, implementation, and management of energy efficiency portfolios.

Selim is responsible for the strategic direction of our Eastern Region Utility Program Services business. He leads the planning, design, implementation, and oversight of multiple residential and commercial and industrial energy efficiency portfolios and regional offices for several clients including: Baltimore Gas and Electric , Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative , Pepco Holdings, PECO Energy Company, ConEdison, Duke Energy, Entergy Mississippi, Dominion Energy, and Public Service Electric & Gas. Selim also manages large accounts such as Exelon Utilities. He has worked collaboratively with federal and commercial clients throughout his career. As a key program manager for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR programs from 1998-2007, he influenced a transformative brand for energy efficient products and solutions. Since 2009, Selim has focused on growing our commercial energy business by leveraging cross-functional teams to execute on program implementation for our largest contracts and portfolios.
