Ani Hyslop

Dr. Ani Hyslop

Vice President

Ani Hyslop has more than 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation frameworks, plans, and evaluation systems, specifically in the areas of HIV, infectious diseases, and other public health programs. Dr. Hyslop works on a wide variety of projects and is a team leader for MEASURE evaluation, overseeing a $3 million per year project with the help of more than 20 staff in the United States and abroad. She also provides technical assistance on monitoring and evaluation of population, nutrition, and health projects, specifically in the areas of HIV, malaria, antimicrobial resistance, and polio eradication. In Kenya, Dr. Hyslop served as the country focal person for MEASURE evaluation's activities and coordinated the portfolio of activities that span all of MEASURE evaluation's partner organizations.

Prior to joining ICF, Dr. Hyslop was the project manager for APHIA II evaluation, a project that provides monitoring and evaluation technical assistance to the U.S. government and the Kenya Ministry of Health and other implementing organizations in Kenya. She also worked as a research associate at the University of North Carolina, a consultant at Baltimore City Health Department, and a pediatrician at St. Agnes Hospital and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

Dr. Hyslop has an M.D. from the University of Minnesota Medical School, an M.P.H from Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health, and a B.A. in Chemistry from Carleton College.
