Patrick Heiman has ten years of experience supporting community development and economic self-sufficiency projects through evaluation, research and data analysis, and grantee-focused technical assistance and capacity building. He is experienced with delivering evaluation and data analysis, process and change management, and targeted technical assistance to rural, tribal, and other low-income populations. He has worked with local, state, and federal agencies (e.g. U.S. Department of Labor, Administration for Children and Families, and U.S. Department of Commerce) in the areas of healthcare career ladders, workforce development, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), tribal economic development, and broadband technology implementation. He is also an expert in designing and delivering large-scale workshops, conferences, and roundtables that connect researchers and practitioners the fields of income-support, education, and economic development.
