Kate Harker specializes in organizational and process improvement with expertise in program and training evaluation, performance measurement, and strategic planning. She has conducted a large array of performance improvement and measurement initiatives for the Navy and a variety of government clients. Ms. Harker has managed more than 50 performance improvement, training evaluation, and process review projects in which she conducted in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify optimal performance and process improvements to increase organization efficiency and effectiveness. She has helped clients to measure their leadership and supervisory training programs utilizing Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation.
She has a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
