Mr. Godbout’s business acumen coupled with his psychological training have helped him develop into a credible and insightful, facilitator, program designer, coach, and leader. He has an extensive background in researching organizational success and applies this knowledge along with his passion for understanding the human dynamics impacting work environments when identifying novel solutions to organizational challenges.
Mr. Godbout also has a background in designing, validating, and implementing selection and development assessments as well as training programs. Over the years he has managed several projects and worked alongside commercial, government and not-for-profit organizations. He has designing and facilitating workshops and development sessions on a variety of topics such as leadership development, communication, employee relations, stakeholder management, and organization-community relations.
