Ashley Garley has experience in international public health monitoring and evaluation (M&E), data collection and analysis, training and capacity building, finance, and project management. She works as an M&E specialist on the MEASURE Evaluation project contributing to centrally funded research and M&E methodology and development activities as they relate to infectious disease programs. Her research interests include improving malaria control efforts through monitoring and evaluation. Ms. Garley has country work experience in Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Madagascar, Mali, and Trinidad and Tobago.
Ms. Garley has an M.P.H. in International Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
