Gregory Frank has more than 25 years of information systems experience working with commercial sector clients on technology and management solutions. He has substantial experience in project management, design, systems integration, and security projects for public and private sector clients, and he manages systems implementation, integration and support services, cybersecurity assessment support services, and applications development.

Mr. Frank has also spearheaded ICF's implementation of personal identity verification (PIV) interoperable solutions with Verisign®/Symantec® for customers in the commercial sector requiring a federally accepted credential. These efforts resulted in Verisign®/Symantec® being the first organization certified by the Federal Bridge Certification authority as a PIV-I provider.

Mr. Frank is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
