Shanyn Fitzgerald has ten years of consulting experience, providing clients with both qualitative and quantitative analysis of energy and environmental markets. At ICF Ms. Fitzgerald has been involved in litigation support for clients regarding retrofit decisions and capacity expansions, focusing on development of allowance, fuel, and power prices. Ms. Fitzgerald has also been involved in a multitude of projects that include analyzing the impact of multipollutant legislation on power plant valuations, as well as impacts on wholesale power, fuel, and allowance markets. Other projects include in-depth analyses of emissions trading programs and allowance markets, allowance allocation methodologies and the impact they have on power generation assets, and capital investment forecasting for the power generation sector.
Ms. Fitzgerald has a B.S. in Energy, Environmental, and Mineral Economics from The Pennsylvania State University.
