Heather Driscoll provides 12 years of cross-disciplinary expertise in survey methodology and management to a range of ICF clients. Whether directing fish-related catch surveys with tens of thousands of completed interviews for the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) or market rate surveys to help California determine childcare subsidy rates, Ms. Driscoll provides leading-edge solutions across all survey modes.
Ms. Driscoll specializes in managing outdoor recreation projects at the national and state levels, many of which share the ultimate goal of measuring natural resource usage and recreational behaviors. For more than 10 years, she has led one of ICF’s signature projects, the Atlantic Coast Angler Intercept Survey, in which her team completed between 50,000 and 70,000 in-person interviews with recreational anglers along the Atlantic Coast.
Ms. Driscoll's diverse project management skills are grounded in her expertise in both quantitative and qualitative survey methodology. In addition to outdoor recreation surveys, her experience spans advanced topics such as stated vs. revealed preference surveys and cognitive interviewing.
