Mark Degner has nearly 30 years of project development and management experience in the energy industry, including exploration, permitting, and environmental restoration/reuse to the oil and gas, wind, uranium, and electric transmission industries. His unique mix of development, operations, and restoration experience provides him valuable insight into today's project development and permitting challenges. This broad range of experience enables him to quickly identify issues and develop solutions to the most complex projects. Mr. Degner has well-established relationships with a variety of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) field offices throughout the United States Mountain West. His most recent experience includes serving as senior program director for the Chokecherry and Sierra Madre Wind Energy Project Environmental Impact Statement located near Rawlins, Wyoming, which consists of 225,000 acres and 1,000 wind turbine generators. Once constructed, the Chokecherry project will be the largest wind farm in North America.

Mr. Degner has a B.S. in Geology from the University of Kansas.
