Patrick Cropper has expertise in airline operations, crew planning, and program management and helps aviation clients evaluate, plan, and implement large-scale programs. His experience includes helping a large international carrier develop implementation alternatives for integrating operation control centers; supporting a global on-demand carrier develop a case for restructuring commercial and operational planning; and establishing program management offices to support sustained implementation activities.
Prior to joining ICF, Mr. Cropper was a New York-based airline pilot, gaining extensive experience in safety management systems, crew resource management, and ground operations. He also has supported a variety of large government organizations, including the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Mr. Cropper has an M.B.A. from Warwick Business School. He is a Project Management Institute (PMI)-certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
