Christy Corzine is an environmental planner and economist. For the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), she has served as program manager on large mission-support contracts totaling more than $20 million. She has conducted policy work for the Caltrans headquarters office and compliance projects at the district level.
She has managed multidisciplinary teams preparing environmental documents for complex and controversial projects. She specializes in environmental documents for proposed facilities under state and federal environmental impact regulations, including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). She has prepared Section 404(b)(1) alternatives analyses, biological assessments, Section 106 documents, Section 4(f) evaluations, and Coastal Zone Management Act consistency determinations.
