Jonathan Berger joined ICF in 2005. He has more than 25 years of aviation maintenance and engineering experience and is responsible for coordinating worldwide maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) engagements. His areas of expertise include operations, supply chain management & strategic sourcing, technology integration, and MRO sales and marketing.
As a certified Lean Six Sigma black belt, Mr. Berger has a proven track record of achieving significant data-driven process improvement results in employee productivity, dispatch reliability, aircraft availability, cost reduction, and maintenance check turn-around-time (TAT). He has developed a unique specialization in restructuring airline maintenance and engineering divisions for legacy national carriers in emerging markets.
Mr. Berger spent 14 years in the maintenance division at Delta Air Lines in various leadership positions in base maintenance, engineering and planning, and quality. He served as the general manager for the Delta’s Technical Sales and Marketing Team, where he was responsible for developing and executing Delta’s MRO sales and marketing strategy for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Mr. Berger is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.
