Ray Morath has more than 20 years of experience managing and contributing to applied research projects for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and federal, state, and private sector clients. Dr. Morath’s experience includes managing and conducting job and front-end analyses, competency model development, performance assessment, and test development and validation (e.g., situational judgment, compute/interactive, training and experience, managerial assessment centers, work samples, job knowledge, personality, biodata, structured interviews, and cognitive ability).
Michelle Paul Heelan has over 15 years of experience leading and contributing to the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of human capital systems in a variety of public sector organizations. Her experience includes business process redesign, program and training evaluation and organizational assessment, virtual event and conference support, and leadership program development.
