Her emphasis on change management and assessing the bottom-line impact of various human resource initiatives helps her clients improve individual, group, and organizational performance.
Lisa Gabel has more than 18 years of performance and process improvement, human resource, organization development, change management, and consulting experience with private, public, and military organizations. Her experience includes leading and participating in strategic planning, organizational restructuring, job analysis, recruiting, selection, staffing, test development and validation projects; workforce assessment, forecasting, and analysis; competency modeling; organizational climate; statistical analysis; survey design and development; training design, development, and evaluation; and performance measurement initiatives.
