Joost Groenenboom has 20 years of experience in the aviation industry and offers expertise in both aircraft maintenance and asset management. He supports clients with the optimisation and improvement of complex maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) processes, having managed and supported a wide variety of projects ranging from maintenance organisation assessments, heavy maintenance checks, major modification programs and cargo conversions. He offers on-the-ground experience gained in KLM's engine overhaul shop and at Martinair, where he held various roles in maintenance planning, project management and fleet management. He also is an expert in all technical aspects of aircraft asset management including lease negotiations, deliveries and redeliveries.
Mr. Groenenboom has a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the Haarlem University of Professional Education.
Martin Harrison joined ICF in 2012. His expertise primarily lies in airline restructuring, network operations, maintenance, and crew resource planning. Martin’s 31-year career in aviation includes executive operational positions at Spirit Airlines and easyJet Airlines, chief operating officer at Pluna Airlines, and hands-on maintenance and then engineering roles at British Airways.View in LinkedIn
