Independent research firm names ICF Next a “Contender” in new evaluative research for Adobe Implementation Services.

In the Forrester Research report, ICF Next earned top marks possible in two of the capabilities criteria in which we were assessed: Operations and Adobe Marketing Cloud. We scored middle marks (3 out of 5) in eight criteria: consulting capabilities, customer experience capabilities, Adobe Analytics Cloud capabilities, Adobe Commerce Cloud capabilities, Adobe Experience Platform capabilities, Sensei capabilities, Pre-built Adobe assets and accelerators, and in the vision criteria of the Strategy category. 

According to the report authors, “Clients like [ICF Next’s] project management, efficiency, and ability to challenge clients’ thinking. One reference customer said that ICF Next has ‘pushed us quite a lot. We appreciate that in a partnership.’”

Forrester recommends ICF Next as a good fit “for companies focusing on loyalty and customer marketing, particularly in manufacturing, healthcare, and travel and hospitality sectors.”
