Marcia Liu is an experienced Recruiter for ICF’s Health and Development divisions, identifying and onboarding team members to support clients such as USAID, the Department of State, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control. She focuses on monitoring and evaluation, population-based surveys, knowledge management across multiple disciplines including HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Maternal Child Health, Health Systems Strengthening, and Food Security. She has also been a senior recruiter for Jhpeigo (an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University), Development Alternatives International, and Chemonics.
Maria Schwartz is a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with more than 20 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting of Public Health, Education, Social Programs, Engineering, Information Technology and Administrative disciplines. In addition, Maria is a Subject Matter Expert in direct sourcing of active and passive candidates and has extensive knowledge and practice of legal recruiting and hiring processes including OFCCP regulations. Maria holds a BS in Psychology from Michigan State University.
