ICF will deliver several presentations at the 2018 NCSE conference. The National Council for Science and the Environment (NCSE) is a nonprofit organization that aims to improve the scientific basis for environmental policy and decision making. NCSE provides a neutral forum at an annual conference that fosters collaboration between diverse institutions and individuals. This year's conference theme is "The Science, Business, and Education of Sustainable Infrastructure, building resilience in a changing world."
