ICF International will speak at the Federal Information Systems Security Educators' Association’s (FISSEA) 29th Annual Conference, a professional forum for the exchange of information and improvement of information systems security awareness, training, and education programs throughout the federal government.
On March 15th, ICF's Sandra Toner will facilitate a live demonstration of engaging delivery formats that can help illuminate fundamental security concepts. Participants will be encouraged to try a demonstration of art and reading, music, and a tactile-focused virtual reality game to teach secure computing fundamentals without the most common delivery mechanism: the traditional Graphical User Interface (GUI) on a personal computer.
On March 16, Sandra Toner will participate in the Pecha Kucha round. Her presentation, Building the Force: Disney's Star Wars Insight on the Cyber Work Force, provides an entertaining handful of teambuilding lessons from the Star Wars movies, including how to transfer these concepts to the cybersecurity workforce domain.
