CDC Surveys Fit for Purpose: Monitoring and Evaluating the Nation’s Public Health and Prevention Programs

This is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to conduct survey research. The contract has a combined ceiling of $600 million for all contracts awarded and a term of five years.
Under this contract, ICF will assist in developing and conducting surveys “fit for purpose” to support monitoring and evaluation of the CDC’s Public Health and Prevention Service programs. The survey data to be collected through this contract will play an important role in measuring the success of CDC’s programs and their impact on preventing disease and promoting health and well-being.
