The CDC Digital Solutions and Support Services vehicle is administered as a Flexible Ordering Agreement (FOA) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 contract (CIO-SP3) contract. Under the agreement, ICF will provide comprehensive support for CDC’s digital tools, presence, strategy and systems including websites on CDC.gov, mobile applications, social media and digital communications, public relations, and cloud services. This includes designing, building and managing content, making interactive all digital communications channels, and adapting CDCs current infrastructure toward a more mobile communications environment.
ICF is one of only two firms to be awarded a position on the FOA. To this work, ICF brings experience gained from decades of work with CDC, an impressive combination of award-winning health communications, digital system design, and management expertise, and solid experience building high volume, multi-channel content delivery systems for federal and commercial clients.
