Senior Associate, Climate Resilience
Angela Wong provides science-based technical and strategic guidance on climate change resilience projects for clients around the world. She joined ICF’s Climate Adaptation and Resilience team in 2011, where she leads vulnerability and risk analyses, resilience planning, and development of resources to support decision-making and capacity building. Angela has extensive experience analyzing and advising on climate change risks and resilience strategies across sectors, including infrastructure and the services they provide to communities. For example, she has supported the climate change vulnerability study for the New York City utility Con Edison, municipal adaptation planning efforts for the City of Philadelphia, and development of guidance to integrate sea level rise considerations into project development for the California Department of Transportation. Angela holds a Master in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Barnard College.
