Jim Wilder has more than 36 years of experience working with private and public sector clients in the fields of air quality, noise, stormwater, and hazardous materials. His air quality expertise includes engineering evaluations, industrial facility permitting, and air pollutant and greenhouse gas emission (GHG) calculations; infrastructure, roadway projects, and odor assessments; air toxics assessments and human health risk assessments; accidental release prevention; and emission control design. Mr. Wilder's noise project experience includes traffic noise, industrial noise, noise abatement design, and postconstruction compliance monitoring. He is also experienced with stormwater management and contaminated site remediation, and he prepares environmental impact statements (EIS) related to air quality, GHG, and noise control for project-level evaluations and programmatic land use planning actions.
