Frank Wang has more than 14 years of interdisciplinary experience in information architecture (IA), user interface (UI) design, usability testing, instructional design, and business analysis. He is an expert in digital interactive technology and strategy and provides user experience (UE) direction and support toward cultivating an organization’s “digital ecosystem” with a focus on overall UE scoping and strategy, information architecture, and usability. His expertise includes conducting end-user research; collaborating with client stakeholders to define business goals and objectives; evaluating existing, competitive, and peer web properties against established heuristics; drafting site maps, user flows, and wireframes; and planning and facilitating task-based usability tests.
Mr. Wang has an M.A. in Instructional Technology and Media from Columbia University and a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
