Terry Unger is experienced in environmental policy and law with a specialization in environmental regulations. Her first 4 years with ICF were spent as a consultant and she transitioned into college recruiting gradually and now focuses on strengthening and implementing college recruiting and intern programs.
Before joining ICF, Ms. Unger held positions with the United Nations (UN), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the White House Council on Environmental Quality.
Ms. Unger has a J.J. in Environmental and International Law from Pace University School of Law, an M.E.M. in Environmental Management from Yale University, and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from George Washington University.
